Why not, one can still BTO the 2nd time as long as they are staying at the first BTO till key collection when the new BTO TOPincrease sell still need to buy another one. like u buy a rolex in 2006 for 6k. now can sell 14-15 k but buying a new rolex also need similar money. never earn anything.
Like this 4R bddr resale was sold at $1.25m ,but even a PLH 4R at most cost $800k upon the launch in July
I would have waited to sell the bddr flat in 2030 if I could ballot for a PLH
Just ensure that not only both OA have $80k for the down payment but also have sufficient fund for the ongoing loan repayment
Maybe can sell the bddr flat at $1.6m in 2030
