yah, coz of security issues, i have also stopped using. probably only using for entertainment purpose now.

But singpass still can use. Weird.. But I think maybe few more months singpass maybe also the next to be out of this phone

I'm also only using as a media/gaming device. Really no replacement for the 7 inch screen.
Wish Huawei can come out with an OS update.

No. Samsung fold doesn't seem durable with many instances of screen peeling. Fold 3 got audio cable detach problem as well after 1 yr + of usage. Not sure if later Folds solved it.

Aspect ratio when unfolded isn't very good as well. Many apps and videos don't support it.

Honor Magic V2/V3 is very impressive though.

am using v2. same as huawei.

in fact, users need to subscribe to huawei cloud to do system backup for honor. honor is using huawei theme store too.

am waiting for honor to come out tri-fold, as tri-fold aspect ratio is just nice for the standard aspect ratio for movie or word processing. bi-fold square aspect has thick black borders.

For anyone intested I just sent in my Mate 20x to service centre for power button replacement on service day weekend. May take up to 5 working days to get my phone back. They've also ordered a replacement battery so hopefully that comes in in a few weeks and I can send it in again for that. Asked and that's the only spare parts available for Mate 20x.

For anyone intested I just sent in my Mate 20x to service centre for power button replacement on service day weekend. May take up to 5 working days to get my phone back. They've also ordered a replacement battery so hopefully that comes in in a few weeks and I can send it in again for that. Asked and that's the only spare parts available for Mate 20x.

They close at 9pm right? But they have to order replacement battery, means I go down is also a wasted trip since OOS

11-8pm for the service centre, closed wed thur n public holidays. Replacement battery has a different pricing so the staff said don't need to wait for service day to order. You can prob pop by when it's convenient?

Mate20X has this feature of reverse charging where another device can be plugged into the phone and be charged from it.
My reverse charging is constantly on now. I thought it's the charging port but it still shows the same error even after I changed to an Aliexpress charging port, and even after I disconnect the charging port's board completely.
Anyone know what's wrong? It could be finally time for me to let Mate 20X go.

I was using it as an entertainment device for MLBB and watching Netflix.
Can't beat the large screen.
