I in fact only address cost of living.

GST - the reasons for this increase is because of our healthcare spending. It was S$9bn in the past, education was $12bn. Now Healthcare has flipped it to become 2nd highest spending. People are living longer and the moves by OYK to pay for CTGTP and adjustments to riders are very good. Our healthcare needs suffer from infrastructure and hiring issues. OYK and GKY has generally done a very good job.

DEI - let worker party deal with this. Their cadres many more pro DEI. Good to have parliament stacked with diversity.

Declining birth rate - This is a COL issue. We address the HDB floor pricing and address CPF retirement - the babies will come. We must also be very careful that the humanoids are coming. We are having PMET retrenchments at highest since 1988. Blue collar jobs are next.

In a world where incomes are not guaranteed safe from AI disruption, we must prudently use the PR system to get the highest quality citizens if we cannot give births ourselves. I wrote about a replacement framework to get more EP visas only if you pay Singaporeans more.

At the end of the day, your cost to live starts from your need of a house. That is the core. We cannot be using each generation to pay for the previous via property. All the additional CPF compounding inside the HDB and it is dangerous. We must undo the Mah Bow Tan and Goh Chok Tong policy.

Asking to replace the retirement asset is in fact not populist. Everybody want to buy low sell high, no political party want to touch this vote losing issue. So I ran as independent. Because everybody is running populist spending policies.
I grew up in JBJ and LTK era of workers party.

It's sad to have them degraded to become DEI Wokers party.

Good to have some diversity but not hijacking a party original mission..

Wah you forgot to change account before posting this? But I am equally disappointed no picture has been shared yet in this memorial for her.
You forgot? Legends here always say Vijay owns this place, the rest are all clone accounts of himself. :p

Now start cooking without heat. :)

100% support. I’m so glad that there’s a bitcoiner willing to put himself out there for public scrutiny to run in this election. Happy to have someone who understands how our current fiat based monetary system is broken to speak up for fellow Singaporeans. This system causes so much misalignment of incentives in Singapore.
It’s mind boggling how much unproductive capital is stored in properties and Singaporeans are stressed out with these high loans.

But it’s going to be a journey educating fellow Singaporeans and bringing them along on this journey to preserve their wealth in the fairest, hardest asset created by the human race thus far. What’s the social media/markerting game plan here? There is so much education that needs to be done!
Dude thank you so much for your kind words. Lawrence Wong can say all he want that inflation is not turbocharged, but then why his vouchers turbocharged lol.

Inflation is so bad, HDB prices are insane, the rich are flocking here to push up property prices and we are implicit in helping them because the PAP is obsessed with HDB values pushed back to the reserves. It's a drug.

The PAP cannot help themselves because it just gives them less work to do, less need to get bold and creative. The fiat system is already slavery. PAP is taking this slavery to a next level by controlling your front and end. On the front, the HDB prices via a national ponzi. On the end, CPF retirement age keeps getting higher and has no inflation protection.

All of the stats on my site is the symptoms, the retirement asset mentality is the problem.

SINGAPORE – Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment, as well as for Transport, will not contest in the 2025 General Election after over two decades of service due to ‘personal reasons’.

Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong announced this in response to questions from the media at a press conference to unveil the PAP slate for Chua Chu Kang GRC and Bukit Gombak SMC on April 14, thanking Dr Khor for her many years of service.

He also paid tribute to how she brought together the community in Hong Kah North, as well as the wider area.

DPM Gan noted that the Tengah estates that were part of Hong Kah North SMC have been folded into Chua Chu Kang GRC for the upcoming election. The remaining part of the SMC was merged with Jurong GRC and Bukit Batok and Yuhua SMCs to form a new Jurong East-Bukit Batok GRC.

Dr Khor has been the MP for Hong Kah North SMC since its formation in 2011, winning the seat in three general elections on the trot.

In 2020, she captured 60.98 per cent of the 27,188 votes cast in a straight fight with Gigene Wong of the Progress Singapore Party.

As Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, a portfolio she has held since 2015, Dr Khor championed measures to reduce waste, especially electronic, packaging and food waste, as well as promoted hawker culture, among other issues.

Since 2020, she served as Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Transport, where she focused on improving the taxi and private hire car industry. She also pushed for more transport links to the nascent Tengah town, where connectivity had been a bugbear of its earliest residents.

Trained in real estate valuation, Dr Khor holds a doctorate in real estate from the University of Reading in Britain.

In a Facebook post on April 14, Dr Khor expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve in the Hong Kah North area for the last 24 years over five terms of government. She said that she is ready and happy to make way for party renewal, and thanked grassroots volunteers and residents.

“It has been a privilege and honour to be able to engage and work with (Hong Kah North) residents to understand their needs and concerns and help improve their lives and living environment. I am most thankful for their strong support all these years.”

She added: “As I close this very precious and memorable chapter of my life I look forward to the next chapter where I will continue to look for opportunities to serve and contribute to the community to the best of my ability.”

If you noticed one of my policies, each Baby should get S$10k in bitcoin, allocated in a fund called

Baby Bitcoin Funds Account.

The PAP is throwing an approximate 16k at new babies this year. I am only asking for S$10k that gets locked until they are 21. Let them beat inequality by having compound interest. Poor people stay poor because their parents have nothing for their kids to compound.
O ok thanks. How about free fillet o fish burger every Fri for your voters?

Exactly these are the questions that will come up and he is not prepared to address it from the looks of it
Sir I don't think i said the issues were not important. I am saying that the Town Council is by MPTC. I have read all the GeBIZ tenders, and I have friends in listed companies doing cleaning contracts for Town Council. I mentioned my experience running businesses and tenders to let you know that it will be self managed, but I keep the options open. I have observed all the TC upgrades in this area because I live in this area.

I am even aware of the walkways, dog parks, bridge painting LBC has ever requested before. I understand what it takes. I myself am in Marine Parade, so the upgrading changes are in the face. I have read the entire 14th Parliament Hansard, so I am aware of what LBC is saying and asking for. He had 8 questions this year. I have no idea what he does in the background TC-wise, but there's no information for all opposition candidates except WP.
