Singaporeans are struggling. The cost of living keeps rising, our jobs are being taken by an influx of foreign talents, and many families can no longer afford to pay for their HDB flats. After decades of the same rule, it’s clear the PAP no longer understands the pain on the ground. It’s time to vote for an alternative voice — one that puts Singaporeans first, listens to your struggles, and fights for a fairer, more secure future for all.
cannot pay for their HDB?

so cham ah?

ya poor, work harder.

Wrong. Those who are bent on voting opposition won’t go for holidays, knowing there is likely a chance for elections to be May.
It’s the pap voter and swing voters that heck care just book holiday. If elections den skip lo.

I doubt people who have already booked flights and hotels will just cancel their holidays just to vote.

Already know who win riaos this year the goal post already move until cannot recognise house already :s22:

Just a matter of how many % only and see how daft the sinkies and new citizens are this time :o
Probably are 50 - 60 % of new citizen SCs now, not yesterday anymore.
I think they are more "harsh" in action to show in world politics.

  • Public Holidays on Non-Working Days:
If a public holiday falls on a Saturday (a non-working day for those on a 5-day work week), employees are entitled to either a day off or an extra day's salary in lieu of the public holiday, calculated at their gross rate of pay.
  • Employment Act:
The Employment Act in Singapore provides for this entitlement. It ensures that employees are compensated for public holidays that fall on their non-working days.
  • Employer Obligations:
Employers are obligated to either provide the employee with a day off or pay an extra day's salary for the public holiday that falls on their non-working day.
