Hi all! We engaged ____________ for our house today! They were very efficient and observant. Few of the major defects which we couldn't spot they manage to. They are also able to answer any questions or doubts you have and advice accordingly. Strongly recommend them!

(I asked them whether it was ok for me to NOT leave any review for them after taking up their service. They said ok. The residents chat group is full of defects inspection reviews of the same few companies. Apparently residents get $20 discount for posting a positive review)

no nv cause in SG exhaust duct cannot blow the smoke outside as it not allow


so i use my tablefan to blow out when cooking is a lot better then kitchen exhaust duct

Procedure to build ducting for hood:

- Provide us with your floorplan, We will do all necessary designs and plan duct run

- Submission to HDB with all necessary details of filtration and type of hoods use, if require by owners.

For the responsibility and gracious sake to our neighbours, we need to ensure that sufficient filtration must be use to trap most of the grease and to bring down the smell of expelled cooking fume to a desirable level.

There are two holes with wires in the bathroom ceiling. The one in the middle is for the light. What's the hole at the corner (above the sink) for?

gxgx, what's your renovation plan?

Kitchen -> Aircon -> Painting. The space looked awfully tiny when I checked out the first floor (my stack), but looked ok once I checked my unit.

Everything else will be movable furniture. I decided against ceiling fans, because that has the effect of bringing down (lowering) the ceiling.

The defects check company came today. No show-stopping defects. Minor defects: some rough patches on walls, one corner of living room vinyl is uneven, minor squeaking in the sliding doors, window frame has uneven parts, DB box RJ45 connector broken cover.

If only OCS was available, then it would really be move-in condition.

E27 (3 color temp from TB) so always use warm temp, when spoil, i get philips warm due to climate voucher

It is time for singles to do their part by denying PAPaya a blank cheque book.

Maybe one day singles are able to have a second chance to ballot for a 3-Room BTO flat!

that y you see, the duct is within the premise. Whatever fumes that escape thru the windows is act of nature.

For me, is paint first... then do others. then save some paint for patching later.
i got phobia paint drip onto my aircon and cabinet.

the ceiling quite low liao... add 1 ceiling fan will add pressure.... then some ceiling fan the light not easy to change.
