It's easy to choose sum1 who act arrogant in front of esteemed teachers n sum1 who spew profanities but came out apologizing straight n acknowledged it

The choice is clear
I have not much faith in Jalan kayu people.

Saw on reddit someone confirmed is his friend who subsequently became a PAP grassroot leader. They planned a long time for this once Andre candidacy was announced. Like how they planned to disrupt PSP all those tactics

Andre is, indeed, a beast.

arrogant Ng Chee B**
nonaccountability for trying to sell out Ntuc to allianz
and now many teachers step forward to corroborate that account of his arrogance

He apologized for his words which happened in the past. Which is commendable.

Don't see ruling party doing that when they make mistakes.

Andre low dun tok cok. If what's past is past then bro ng chee ming Allianz issue also in the past what.
"‘Past is past’ is not an excuse when the nature and impact of the mistakes are completely different.

Ng Chee Meng’s lapse involved a serious governance issue that could have affected all Singaporeans, while Andre’s was a private matter with no public harm. If you can’t tell which is more serious, it’s not just about the past, it’s about lacking critical thinking and judgment.

30K voters in jalan kayu, assuming the standard national % supporting opposition is 40%, there will be 12K supporting Andre already

so he needs 3000+ swing votes and votes of those who waiting for credible opposition in order to win

I think part of the reason is if they don't get him back, it'll be difficult to convince SAF scholars to stand for election next time (SAF scholars may find it too risky).

At least if they succeed to bring him back in, PAP can tell these SAF scholars that they have the fullest backing as evidence by bringing back NCM

Hmm this GE they bought in many SAF generals too....

This is a lesson for all opposition candidates in the future. Moles are all around you. This is politics. Your life will never be the same once you enters politics. Friends can become foes.
