WP did very well even if it doesn’t add any more seats:
Aljunied - maintained same margin
SK - improves by 4%
Hougang - improves by 1%+
Tampines Changkat - comparing to Sengkang west, it was 5% higher
Punggol GRC - 4% higher than Marine Parade
Jalan Kayu - 48% is a very good result!
overall WP vote share has gone up.
we are moving towards two party system.
SDP with exception of CSJ has done much worse than last election. PSP fared much worse than last election
Didn’t know Damien kor kor support opp

i know PSP will lose but v disappointing the % so low after the redraw of boundary

dont know why can always draw like this

NCM if want to fight on his own, go SMC n not GRC. win liao then? nothing proud lah

Well done to PAP. so high % despite so many cmi performance.

Dont want to sound like sour grapes ..... but next time ppl complain i will ask them u support PAP? then u gave them the mandate to do what they are doing. so complain also not yr turn.

GST 11% soon, daft sinkies dont complain ok
Just suck it up that EDMW is not representative of SG. No need to behave as if you know best and everyone who disagrees with you is stupid.

New citizens don't know the history of the politicians. Maybe don't even know them.. they only know LKY, LHL and PAP.. that's why must ramp up new citizens... next election.. 6.5 million population?

Go
gen Z starting pay also higher
dont listen to politics etc
listen to influencer
what makes u think more chance to be pro oppo
their hdb is ok for them unless resale n if they no study so lower pay

other than that, bto is ok for them

the 35 n above, ah hem, single n stuck no house no honey will got more chance to be pro oppo hah

that population u are talking about is relatively small. Gen Zs are more discerning and more “woke”. U go see the opposition volunteers, how many are Gen Zers.

The 35+ millennials many got their BTOs before the spike, they have their 4R BTOs with $500k profit, have child have car, got job even with their dubious private uni degrees unlike the Gen Zs now struggling even with NUS/NTU degrees.
But everyone has their own opinions according to their friend group/SES level

Sadly PSP’s loss is a terrible scene for our politics. Very very tough to come out with a viable opposition beside WP, even with the tremendous work from
LMW
Tcb this age. No more nx ge already, it is the country’s privilege and blessing to have someone try to help ordinary folks speak up at their old advanced age where he can sit n rock his ah gong chair n ignore everyone everything
