how many people buy the supplements then do actual tests by sending to own lab ?

first , how many do detailed blood work to even see what you are lacking ?

else , does it matter ? all pretend to cheat ownself only.

if you have a decent diet , no need any supplements. likely waste of money.
if you don't have healthy diet then at least do one blood test to see first .. common sense right ?

why blindly take when you dont even know what you are lacking ?

you all spam medicine without seeing doctor meh ? suka suka give your kids things meh ?

iherb ish not a brand, just a platform that sells supplements and healthy stuff.

Read the reviews and side effects to determine for yourself. I have a lot of NOW and 21st century supplements. Usually I buy the top 1-10 selling products for various supplements. Won’t rely totally on 1 brand.

Got a few other brands dont suit me and I stopped taking.

I compared with another brand which I have used for a long time. I bought a small bottle of NOW brand just to try out.
How did you compare? By how you feel after eating or by appearance of the tablet?

https://www.nowfoods.com/healthy-li...etic?,translates to exorbitant retail pricing.

Are your oils synthetic? With the exception of one of our jasmine oil blends, which is clearly labeled as synthetic, all NOW Solutions essential oils are naturally derived. Pure, natural jasmine oil is hard to source and very expensive even at wholesale, which translates to exorbitant retail pricing.

Buffered C is a mixture of vit c and bicarbonate. But vit c will turn yellow w time. Bicarbonate won't. So my NOW brand buffered C very little yellow after it ages. My California Nutrition one very intense yellow after it ages

That how I compare. V direct

Are you comparing NOW's buffered with California Gold's buffered? Both brands have buffered and un-buffered versions.

Anyway discoloration isn't a very scientific method to determine quality..lab tests are. It could just be on the surface layer of the tablet, or the formula's lower resistance to our high humidity in Singapore which just means it has to be consumed sooner upon breaking the seal and not that the vitamin c is of lower quality.

Did they fire their coder?

Their search function has become less reliable. Previously, entering keywords would yield relevant results, but now it seems to produce unrelated products.

Vitamin C discolors when it is oxidized, very straight forward chemistry. If you dun believe it is fine, anyway it won't harm you, just be ineffective and you get placebo effect.

Yes, I compared NOW's buffered C with Cali Gold buffered C. NOW's buffer C is crap... seriously.. I am not talking about the effervescence tablets. I am talking about the powdered Buffered C. I don't really care about capsules Vitc C because powdered form is so much cheaper.

But ofcuz the same cannot be said for the non buffered ones (those very sour pure Vit C)

Not sure if I understand you...

you said that NOW = crap because did not turn yellowish much compared to California Nutrition one which turned v yellowish.
But turn yellowish = oxidation, degradation

Isn't it a possibility that NOW is more resistant to oxidation?
If that's true then shouldn't it be higher in quality rather than lower?
