Yes sir, because Vit C in NOW and in California Gold will turn yellow with time. I am not saying Cali's Vit C turn yellow slower, both will turn yellow at the same rate... however, NOW's Buffered C contain a lot of non Vit C components (namely sodium bicarbonate), which is very stable and remain white color forever.. NOW's buffered C it doesn't really turn very yellow over time.. this means there is a lot of bicarbonate inside NOW's buffered C.Not sure if I understand you...
you said that NOW = crap because did not turn yellowish much compared to California Nutrition one which turned v yellowish.
But turn yellowish = oxidation, degradation
Isn't it a possibility that NOW is more resistant to oxidation?
If that's true then shouldn't it be higher in quality rather than lower?
