You are so lucky. I experience falling through the gap for my Jan EGA BI (payment for Feb.) I suppose to get the BI end April. I ended up chatted 4 cs, 2 in app, 2 on phone, only the 4th one took me seriously. She has done a good job to reassure me she'll help me sorted out and keep me posted. Initially their internal team only email told her will credit to me in 2 WEEKS. I ask why do I need to wait for 2 weeks when it isn't my mistake at all? She's very nice help me to to and fro them and finally I gotten my BI credited last night.
