When I was a kid , my mom went to work part time to support my pa’s income since I was ten ish. I missed her so badly , every evening my pa bring us out then we ll go to her workplace a dept store to find her after work and end up homework finish at 12 midnight…

I only mentioned that she took over the cooking cos my helper only left last June 2024. So we are on our own!

I told my wife: spending time with the kids is precious….money cannot earn finish wan….

Ya, I get the part on the stoves that we’ve at home. I try to get around the heat issue by heating the stainless wok longer and using oil from pork fats directly. The oil seems to have a high smoke point for frying at a higher temperature.

Hmm, well, I thought that you are one of the more down-to-earth chaps here. You should not worry about a lack of support for your threads! Sharing is caring! Personally, I don’t find it an issue to share photos of your food and company.

actually me did tried to make it from scratch before but too much work

If it’s a paste it’s a processed food. Don’t make too high heat too long.. eg at the last 2 mins after boiling then add don’t put at start n cook fr start till finish.
Secondly do monitor how thirsty or other not usual feelings u get after the adding of the “horfun ready paste” versus your usual” too much work” version. If nothing then should be ok ok Jiayou !! Later if successful can sic with bbfa here
