One user chimed in with a cautionary tale: several of their colleagues who “rage quit” were still jobless six months later.

Another netizen summed it up perfectly, saying: “It’s much easier to find a job while you have a job. Like how you’re somehow more attractive when you have a girlfriend.”

dont get bait by toxic colleagues who psycho you to quit this and that.
jsut like my lead, ask me when throw letter cos if i throw , he will throw.
I dont buy his story and stay put.
if i throw letter, i am in big trouble.
My lead still work as usual.

Csb la, why would that person still keep in contact with ex corlicks and monitor their employment status?
You got no ex colleagues or nobody contacted you? Hard to believe there are people who actually keep in touch?

There are a few reasons

1). They do value the friendships

2). They hope to realise that the ex corlicks have also quit so now everyone in the same boat

3). Don’t burn bridges. Maybe the bad boss has gone or situation changed and the ex colleague can tell you faster return
