so if their clients makes 50K annual, the property agents engaged should also be making the same amount if income, if not cannot serve this client

similary, if want to serve clients with 500K income, the property agents should also have 500K annual income in order to serve them

this is to preserve dignity and also relatability

you all say this one good idea boh? :o
So which agent can sell that $88 million house? Then poor Ridout Bro can't make a few dollars last year?

Just ban them from hdb sales.. ban them from making the false narrative and make ppl go in unnecessary debt
How do they make ppl go into unnecessary debt can share ? If u cant defend your house and need ppl to bluff u to sell..then probably u don't desrve to own a house..stay with parent better leh

in order to ensure people are buying the right insurance, the agents must also get the agreement of at least 10 friends/relatives of the customer​

before the customer is allowed to buy

this will help customers make the best choice without being blindsided

you all say this one good idea boh?

10 is a crazy number la. If it’s maybe like a spouse or a trusted guardian still acceptable.

propose that each property agent is only allowed to sell only one property in each GRC/SMC every quarter​

you all say good idea boh?

Why not only one house can only be listed by one agent? U see propguru, a lot of same units listed by multiple propnex agents.

TS alot of ideas.. but each time bring him to spa and he got no idea

all the available ML stand in front of him and he still dunno who to choose... then questions many many
