You don't need to expect, it comes with it.

You don't buy a phone and expect it to be able to make calls, send messages, run apps and connect to telco, it's a default feature.

This is a true incident that happened many years ago. He was just 16-year-old. As his mum was returning home one night she saw him peeping outside his neighbour's window. He was actually watching television as there was no TV at home. His mum caned him. He was upset and left the flat. As he was walking around, he saw a handphone near the window of a ground floor flat. He took the phone and called his friend to meet him. But his friend did not pick up the call. He held on to the phone outside the window intending to call his friend again. While waiting, the phone rang. It was a friend of the owner. He told the caller that he had borrowed the phone to use for a while. The caller asked where he was and he replied that he was outside the flat. The caller told him to wait for him, and he agreed. Later the caller came to the flat with the police and the boy was arrested. The caller apologised to the boy as the police was taking him away and the boy replied "no need to worry. God will save me".
