After approval of this card, are you able to get the card details before the physical card is mailed?

I tried before, through customer service hotline they will not be able to reveal any details, through branch counter you can get the 16 digits of the card number only, no expiry date and no CVV. Maybank app should also be able to see the 16 digits card number only, but I can't remember whether it shows up immediately after approval or only a few days later.

Oh okay. Thank you! Any luck with the app? I guess not?

I prefer calendar month just like DBS. Statement date got more variation and make it harder to track.
I read the TnC but all references are based on calendar month and quarter, isn't it?

4. Quarterly cashback is based on a fixed-quarter spending (i.e. from January to March, April to June, July to
September and October to December).
6. Maybank will use the date on which the Card Eligible Transaction is posted to the Cardmember’s Card
account to determine whether the minimum spend has been met in a calendar month, unless the
transaction is excluded by Maybank in its absolute discretion.
7. Card Eligible Transactions which are made within a calendar month but are posted only in the next
calendar month will only be considered for the next calendar month’s minimum spend amount.

Not good for users like me who use Insurance (1k) and Cardup (1k) to hit the monthly $2K tier...... looks like i'll be stopping usage of this card after the Jun cycle as there's no way I can hit $1400 in general spending outside of these categories.
