Start small. Baby steps at a time. Eg: 5 push ups a day instead of 50. Slowly build up your confidence again. Dwelling on your sorry state hoping for divine intervention is not gonna help. You have to help yourself.

Even if all else seems to work against you. At least you still have your strength from the push ups. Lol.

Just find a jod that isn't too much stress and gives you work life balance

Not sure if youre married or attached or single

Either way all 3 status have their pros and cons

End of the day need to be at peace with yourself

Focus on a few priorities that you feel matters most and go towards those targets one step at a time

Ppl will have ups and downs in their lives.
Usually its psychological, but to eliminate the possibility of bodily functions.
Ask yourself when it happens.
For me, I know myself when I cant perform.
It is when I have a headache which wouldnt go away.
Vision will sometimes get blurry. Have an urge to scold anyone in my way.

So for me is - Today got pang sai le ma?
Dun underestimate the power of release, accumulated toxins
in the digestive systems, not clearing them will affect the mood.
I suggest trying the squat style. (Ya, in Bintan, no choice de - but)
Its good for you.
Hope you recover your confidence soon.

My suggestion is go for mediation retreat in Malaysia.
Not sure if u r suggesting what my friend did. She joined a temple in east Malaysia. Think it’s Sabah. It’s on the mountain top

So she spent two weeks with the nuns praying and following temple routine. And because it’s on the mountain top, everything was fresh and there was no internet or phone access.

Not too sure how she arranged that but she said it was refreshing. Especially the part where there was no phone no internet and air is all fresh and all work done is more or less spiritual (praying) or manual (sweep the floor, cook the food but no writing of reports).

at least u r alive. some people want to live also cannot.

everyone will be the same at the end of life. so y not choose to live happily until then
