It’s true

poor people are happier.

once you got lots of money, you will realise this
I don’t dare to say that poor people are happier, because they also have their share of issues.

But wealthy people or those not very wealthy but much better than average one not confirmed happier. Because family dynamics and warmth may be complicated to manage, messy, or not there at all. Like mine. Mybfd.

I told myself… Those I cannot control (situation, people), let it be. Those I still can, ok I try to tweak and improve and at the same time just focus on self. :o

Yup, very difficult but I’m learning too. Unfortunately for us Singaporean, it might be even harder. Ever competing, humid, cramped environment plays a role.
Learning how to react to unfavorable or negative events, situations, and people - ish an art.

How a person think and react, all these ish internal. What happened out there were external (example: environment, weather, people’s actions and words to you).

Some external stuff cannot be predicted or controlled, like mybfd. But internally, we still can. The internal part is more important because I realize it can make or break you. Our mind is very powerful but can also be very weak, until it makes us got into a depression. So we need to protect it at all times.

Above ish what I have been learning rah. Still learning and practising…

I am a bigger failure than you

Trust me

Nobody is failure…

Just don‘t comparing yourself to others…it can negatively impact your mental health, leading to feelings of inadequacy and diminished self-worth..

Everyone's life journey is different and has its own challenges and rewards.

Most of our problems are in our brain either caused by ourselves or by others.
Agree.

If it is something caused by others, yes it is that ** person, he did some ** things which affect us.

But I learnt that if you keep magnifying it, keep focusing on the issue and keep thinking and replaying that person’s face and the scenario in your head which will then gather more and more negative emotions to yourself resulting in you being unhappy, and maybe even doing things that caused hurt (to self or to that person), then it became that you are now the one who created and caused the issue. Need to shift focus.

Learnt this when I was reading about law of attraction. :o

Ts believed u are no longer interested and suitable for ur accounting career.
Maybe try a career switch to something that is less stressful though lower pay.
Even if it's shift or weekend job.
Prepared to accept a fifty percent pay reduction.

Cant get things right.
Cant take back control.
Cant do things properly.
Cant meet the right people.
Cant make things work in my favour.

Lost my sleep.
Lost my mood.
Lost my appetite.

Fall back to my hobbies.
Unable to feel the same.
Lost my interests with my hobbies.

No mood, no heart to do anything.
Just struggle. Then make more mistakes. Then become my fault. Then thrown under the bus. Pay for other people's problems.
yo bro, maybe wanna join me for a walk on sat or sun?
