Forest city can rot lar.. Who in the right mind will buy there.. Extreme Dumbo will..That place till now I see also not a lot of people living there.
And it's so bad that the cinema already closed down n a lot of vacant shops in the mall.
But think it's still better than Forest City cause it's walking distance after custom.
If you look at the currency exchange rate thirty years ago compared to present times, even if the property prices appreciated by 300% also lose money.Malaysians buy property to stay but if you bought 30 years ago or more, guarantee chop you will make money.

Almost all buy landed.. Another ******* thing is they can refill land and extend n come out phase 6,7,8,9 n block yr precious sea view.. See those goondo who bought p1... The shopping center is more busier now but is still a shitty place.. Their floor can have "hump" n uneven one.. Few time almost trip over.. The price we pay 70 per night.. Reasonable price.. Anything more not worth..

For reference, 15 years ago, one can get at $400k+ (forex 2.4).
They are buying condominiums instead. $600k+ can get a 3 bedroom unit.
The coastal strips near R&F phase 3 are earmarked for future reclamation.

With the recent rts.. Many using new spell to trap goondos..I am quite sure that you have made your money from Singapore property thus would like to continue this property “investment “ route.
Do remember that most if not all foreigners does not make money from JB property. Yes , you can have capital appreciation from the property but lose out on currency losses.
Quite a few of my friends make their money in sg properties and invest their money in Malaysian property.
