Take note that if you want to sell, foreigners can only buy above $1 mil RM for resale houses, so foreigners won't be able to buy from you and Malaysians will buy new ones from developers. Any profit is also subject to seller's RPGT.

Keep your Singapore property. And just rent the Malaysia one. You got the flexibility to move to different developments. Let the owner bear the depreciation

JB remaining fresh land near first and second links are dwindling due to developments. There are more enblocs at first link now. You can check Google Earth to verify.
