Inefficient just admit Inefficient.
If there is a kpi to clear visitors fast, very sure they can do it.
I think its manpower issues. Not enough manpower. Their staffs need to go for off days and maybe many take MCs too

Fake news.
Travel by bas never had issues recently since the introduction of egates, even on weekends.

I find it bizarre. SG over demand for properties untill HDB reaching 1m. Just a few km across JB got over supply.. LOL
Not all properties are the same... A basic bto can appreciate 100% after 5y? Jb? Any good cases we heard of? Or?

Those who know how... Sometimes take half day afternoon then go inside... Sat come back...
Want to go JB without jam, then pls go non-peak days/hours. Monday to Friday morning to JB the jam usually 1hr plus. After 2pm, then the jam lesser 30mins can go thru. Come back at night will be smooth too. Always avoid weekends and public holidays. Another good timing without jam is after 12midnight - only if you go clubbing, late night massage, loklok, supper places.

Even single, the best bet is to try 2 rm bto. No point waiting... With a hdb, there are many more choice... If bekan then stay there... If income ok... Then sell away and buy bigger resale and rent out.
Let tenents pay partially..

And that leads to the inefficiency.
No excuse if sh/pappies want to claim to be the best.

Will this happen at the airport where travellers need 3 hrs to clear immigration?

Yes, no excuse.

Many Malaysians/SPRs and also Singaporeans that stay in JB used to joke that SG Government purposely closed a few immigration counters to discourage or make it difficult for Malaysians/SPRs, Singaporeans and other foreigners (residents/tourists) to EXIT Singapore so that they will remain and spend money in SG :ROFLMAO:

Not surprised with that. The current Woodlands checkpoint was built to ease the long jams in the old checkpoints. It didn't.
