The whole scheme is just some BS to pass the dirty work to them.
If the unit in charge want to be so stern, there will be no one to bid for HC any more.

Got money earn sure got people bid. Maybe just mark up a bit to tank the penalties which is good to make the cost transparent and not hide under some clause in contract.

$650 should include return tray right. Since can wack any type of clause why never put return tray as part of the contract. Like this tax payer lose out to pay for half baked management. Should debate if NEA got make good use of our money. Put those weird things in the contract then become so expensive and don’t put return tray.

The operator can continue to play punk if it is stated in the agreement.
Unless the cleaning table charge is imposed after the agreement is signed.
Then again, all of the tenants must make noise together.
Or else this is just wasting every one time.

Basically the contract is not done properly. If NEA got scrutinise the contract between operator and hawkers will have so much drama? Someone did not do their due diligence.

Think it's charged separately if there was a charge for tat. There's alot of other charges n clause which d hawkers must adhere n comply.
