The operator can continue to play punk if it is stated in the agreement.
Unless the cleaning table charge is imposed after the agreement is signed.

jialat, scarly like the Su Haijin thread that time 50 + pages then got deleted all of a sudden. KF Seetoh take care ba, hope that he don't get fixed anytime soon. Him being high-profile + Not opposition should spare MIWs the trouble of going out to fix him ba. After all, not worth it unlike Pritam Singh which is a bigger thorn to them.

Basically the contract is not done properly. If NEA got scrutinise the contract between operator and hawkers will have so much drama? Someone did not do their due diligence.

I believe that there should be some lease agreement between the operator and the unit in charge.
As long as the unit in charge get what they stated in their agreement, I dun think they can or should interfere with how the operator manage the HC.
Unless the unit in charge want to micro manage the whole process, I dun think that is the case.

And exposed a lot of the unethical stuffs that the Operators e.g Canopy Hawker Group, etc. have been doing to the hawkers, and also how it contributed to higher prices for us consumer as a result of it.
