I get that, but as Minister, with his reach and influence, he should have been more careful and did the due diligence with something that has potentially great implications and even potential damage to a lot of people, in particular to Seetoh, before putting out a public statement like that. If a nameless faceless ka kia can make our Minister commit such a mistake, it is very concerning.

1 billion budget. Main fault in the system is needs to use up allocated budget to avoid budget cut next year. So all the wastefulness happened.
