I remembered there was a caipng stall at 267A compassvale Link Happy Hawkers Kopitiam. Happened to saw a notice placed at the front counter. The operator provided free meal for anyone who couldn afford it. The stall was run by all workers with lots tattoos. The staffs were kind n friendly. Maybe exconvicts. Bless the owner but stall also eventually closed down as business no good
