Just noticed my ST prepaid have dropped ~$4 main balance over 2 mths and finally decided to call in.
heng heng spoke to a nice CSO, explained that i'm using this SIM for OTP only and not any calls/sms/data.
She checked my account's 2 mths records and verified its all 6c data charges, and asked how long i've been facing this, which i said since years maybe.
She agar backtracked my account history and proceed to do a +$20 adjustment and 10gb data (6mths) as "data protection"
Explained that ever since the 3g network cessation there''ll be such inherent data charging via 4g/5g due to "how things works"
my lucky day to get a good CSO
