Anyone stopped dumping toilet paper into the toilet bowl??

It depends on the amount of toilet paper.

Just little is fine. Won't clog.

Been throwing inside for years.

And please use bidet and soap.

Only in overseas la. I think for countries like jpn or tw, their system cannot handle big load of toilet paper

Is a problem in older TW buildings but since about 10 years back, TW government had been educating ppl that plumbing had been upgraded and/or all toilet paper qualified to be sold in Taiwan disintegrate rapidly in water so it is no longer an issue?

i used to notice the poo stain underneath the toilet bowl cover, and was puzzled how come the stain can get to there.

it was then i realized my wife has been spraying right after the dump, with those stuff still sticking onto the hole. so you can imagine, when the jet water spray at the hole with the dump, the dump just fly all over the place in the toilet bowl.

advice: still have to wipe before water spray.

Toilet paper can dissolve in the water . That why it is safe to dump into it . But not those packet tissues and wet wipe . Some people throw that into it and that why it might clogged.

As many said . Should install bidet. Once u used it. U will never want to use those public toilet without bidets unless really no choice.

The opening of the drain under the bowl is almost palm size so big leh. It will only choke if you throw something like a towel in. 10 ply tissues also no problem.
Even the opening for the bowl drain I estimate is about 2 in wide.

If the main drain can choke, it's the main drain choke contributed by all the neighbours living in the same column.

The openings can get smaller if the users pour oil in which solidify and choke the points. Then it's a town council hdb issue.

Install the auto Wash then wipe dry. Save alot of paper. And cleaner too.

Wet wipes cannot be thrown into toilet bowl. Please have some common sense.
