Amazon eero Max 7 MLO vs non-MLO Wifi speed.

The best speed for Intel BE200 is quite impressive, either on the 6GHz band, or 5GHz+6GHz MLO. This is especially true for the upload speed.

On the other hand, if you watch the full video, you can see the speeds vary by quite a bit.

Usually I like to use 160MHz on 5GHz band when carrying out speedtest as that usually yields higher speed. But many people may not be able to get 160MHz channel Bandwidth working well due to interferences from the neighbours.

Wireless speedtest for WiFi 7 routers with 5GHz band, 80MHz vs 160MHz Channel Bandwidth.

1. Test condition:
All wireless routers-- 5GHz band, 80MHz channel bandwidth.
Acer Swift Go 14 2024 model, Intel BE200 WiFi 7 chipset, 3m distance to the router.

The Asus RT-AX86U is always present (since the other family members need to use wireless, using CH149 and 80MHz channel bandwidth) and it is 1m away from the other routers (one at a time, using CH60 on 5GHz band).

Reference speed for RT-AX86U (WiFi 6, 1024QAM), 1201Mbps PHY Speed.

BTW, TP-Link Archer BE805 WiFi 7 router FW 1.3 has fixed my MLO issues with Intel BE200 based Intel BE1750 WiFi 7 adapter. MLO SSID is now similar to 6GHz band in close range (3m distance tested).

Looks like iPhone 17 series mobile phones with the Apple N1 wireless networking chip still do not support 320 MHz channel bandwidth on the 6GHz band.

But the speed seems to be better than iPhone 16 series. It could be now 4096 QAM is supported, increasing the max PHY speed to 2882 Mbps (iPhone 16 series do not support 4096 QAM, only 1024 QAM).

Need to wait for Apple to update the following website. Now it only has WiFi spec data until iPhone 16 series.
