I don't think the reason is because of VPN . Because this LIVE Stream on the Serie A Official YouTube channel is only available in certain countries - Afghanistan , Bangladesh , Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal , Pakistan, Sri Lanka which I believe is because these countries do not have Italian Serie A LIVE Match coverage at all in their countries .
