Back on topic. I can accept breakdowns, but dun give me crap like 5, 10 mins delay when it obviously isnt.

We all know how people here work. Nobody dares to take responsibility for big and long breakdowns, and no one dare to stand out and tell the honest truth of how severe the problem is when the situation demands it.

As long as this aint fixed, people will continue to be angry during every breakdown.
