You can take proactive steps to stop and lessen the noise. It’s all about taking action when you are the root of the cause. You don’t understand how stress under noise can cause a person to change. If you don’t proactively try to change or discipline, it might not be you needing to kill them then

I also hv upstair neighbour from HELL where the old man is a very violent n dangerous.
His family member n / or him likes to slam the fire rated main door n gate a few times in the morning

For the past 3 years, sufferings from water drippings from their laundry n mop at service yard n bedrooms windows, throw food, slam bedroom doors , drop metal pole etc at 5, 6 am Really damn heart attack when U r sleeping.

He is a tc cleaner at our estate too !!!

Few weeks ago, he keeps banging on my main fire rated door till my door shakes n peep into my peephole.

Later heard his wife shouted at him that it was their upstair neighbour who complained that they are slamming the doors n gate!!!

Hope they KO asap...

Jlb hdb sop replies is mediation, dont even bother to rectify their bad HDB designs...

This case can easily prove that the noise already driven him to be mentally unstable, unless the authorities wanna hang him to use as an example to warn other sinkies to not take things in their own hands, but then it's not fair trial to the uncle

The mps should have record. They also went for mediation if read correctly. Therefore all the info should be readily available.

MP already come out say he only know of 1 incidence of the noisy disturbance recorded in one of the MPS.
