I have also checked around with people having investments in BolehLand. Out of 10, 9 claimed not makng money. To console themselves , by replying they are there for long term investments. Here in SinkieLand my properties sky rocketed. Already sitting on hugh record returns.

So I don't know their long term is how long???? Most are of them already in their 50s to 60s.

It's not compulsory mah ,but you can notify if you want to sell nia ,providing relevant doc .

If and when I retire, the children all have their own houses and move out.
If wifey and I go lease a condo in JB and rent out our HDB, the income from HDB should be more than enough cover the JB lease + basic living expenses in JB right?

Then some of our stuff in the HDB keep where? Cannot everything all shift to leased JB condo right?

If you wan to do, keep your HDB or rent it out. This is a valuable asset to fall back. Just rent a condo in BolehLand, if you wish to retire there. In the event , the unexpected happen whether is health related or other situation, you still have a HDB to move back for good. This is a wisely way.
