All the claims about us making noise are just to cover for her own behavior

For severe neighbour noises cases:

The CRU has the powers to investigate, deter, and stop severe neighbour noise nuisance. These include:

• Taking statements from the neighbours concerned.
• Entering a place of residence to gather evidence, with consent of the owner or occupier, or approval from the Director-General of Community Relations.
• Issuing a Mediation Direction to require the parties involved to attend mediation.
• Issuing advisories, warnings, or abatement orders that require the individual to stop the noise nuisance.
• Seizing and removing the nuisance-causing object, after sufficient warning.

To complement its investigations, the CRU can deploy noise sensors to collect objective evidence on the direction, timing and intensity of the noise nuisance.

• Sensors can be deployed in the feedback provider’s unit, and/or at HDB common areas, with consent from the owner or managing agent.
• The findings can be used for formal investigations and court proceedings.

As a deterrent and absolute last resort for the most severe, recalcitrant nuisance-makers, the CRU may refer the matter to HDB to consider if Compulsory Acquisition of the nuisance-maker’s flat is warranted.

This Minah really looks mentally unsound to keep harassing you guys everyday... doubt she have any job or other thing to keep her occupied. I wonder did other neighbors didn't complain about their loud music and reno? It's sound like a nightmare to live among these kinds of people. You don't when they suddenly attack you when you walk past their house. Too dangerous to risk it, especially you are required to walk past in order to get out. Really pray for you guys.

We have started the habit of having our phone out to record any of her behavior.. although I guess that won't save us from a yishun case T_T

I heard from them in court that they are a hardworking housewife whose dutiful job to take care of her children takes up all her time and energy and that she's busier than me and that I won't understand how it is like She's absolutely obsessed with us and yet now she's upset that we're speaking out. Narcissist games.

Partly, and also probably because we reported them for noise many many times between 2022 - 2023. The mindset of the people here is if you inform on them, you're the troublemaker. So they started false flagging calling the police when we're not at home, finding faults in the smallest of stuff (like my mom squeezing past her baby stroller), or nailing for 2mins etc etc

I would wipe the window ledges down, clean up abit, don't put so many things to the right of their door?
i think need to self reflect and reduce the hoarding issue.
sometimes we need to reflect on ourselves and our behavior to understand why others react certain way.
i think if both parties self reflect, situation can improve, there is no fire without spark.....if i'm making sense.

i'm not saying the neighbour holding a rod is okay, it can lead to serious injuries but why don't you try cleaning up your home, maybe when the corridor is blank, it is more pleasant?

It's awful and I'm not going to say otherwise. Mom's stopped caring because our BTO is due in 3 years. I don't see how hoarding has anything to do with Jahaan behavior however, because the area outside our unit along the common corridor is actually the least populated.

There are no two sides to this. Are you seriously going to tell me that that slight brush was enough to warrant her explosive behavior? And that she was right in reporting to court and the police that my mom assaulted her? Argumentum ad temperantiam

2. if they play loud sound, u follow also... see any neigbour up or down come and complain.
3. now hdb say no need to permit to install cam.. i do have cam outside also.. but i put one top of my window.. (the highest)
