Sure. I'll give you the whole story since you asked so nicely

1. Jahaan and her family used to smoke along the common corridor. Mom started taking pictures of them submitted to NEA, they got fined. Mom also informed on half the neighbors here for doing similar stuff and isn't very well-liked tbh
2. 1st incident in video 13 Jan 23 - Mom starts putting up deco for new year. She barely gets a few hits in and then Jahaan goes berserk, you can see in video she first goes daughter sleeping and son sleeping. She's just lying her ass off and refusing to reply to my mom when my mom replies to her asking if she's not allowed to nail.

People talking about grad photos nailing and stuff are wrong, it was new year decor.
3. 2nd incident in video 24 May 23 - Mom's trying to get photos of our other neighbor, who's smoking along the common corridor, so she can get them reported to NEA. Jahaan hears the commotion decides to intervene and knocks my mom's phone out of her hand
4. 3rd incident in video 27 Aug 25 - Put a letter of demand outside her unit, she's upset and gets her friend to come knock on our door but instead of talking starts making threats and violently punches our windows after I close the door on them.

U nv inform them nt to smoke? I gt tell my neighbor nt to smoke as we r non smoker.

And why u write letter to them? They dont pay also nt ur problem and money shouldn't direct to ur paynow.

Also lied in court in her witness statement but there she admits that she was trying to destroy our CCTV.
