My friend got retrenched recently. Senior management - more than 20K per month

So far I see only 3 groups of people can "suka suka" apply also can find high earning jobs:

First is those with relationships (guan xi) within the circle be it the father/mother or special friends or wife/husband. So they go any company can activate the "guan xi" and get the job.

Second is those with Charisma stats over 9000. Go any HR interview can charm the interviewer until song song gao joo koon kind.

Third is those with specialised profession, aka lawyer, doctor, dentist, etc. Because the barrier to entry quite high, so they go anywhere also can find job.

once you are successful early

as in career wise, get promoted easily and early and become manager and above

next time find job can get another job easily, many opportunities for high position job

many good years ahead

the higher you climb, the softer you fall

I don’t hear any high fliers who fall hardly, all go though happy smooth life

It is all abt who u know.
Doesn't really matter what ur position. It is whether u are well connected.. and with good relationship come greater opportunities.

Even just rent out HDB flat which everyone has will get you $5k a month passively.
