I heard emirates the selection criteria is more stringent. I got 1 friend who work for the Middle East airlines, lol! But she is paid very high. Understand Middle East pilots also paid much higher

Consistency is the key la. Usually, I do cardio like 7 days a week. This week truly idle as I am in JB for 5 days and total nua with no gym and no cardio. But I think ok if consistently train

For those who stay around iskander puteri can go hang around eco botanic. Actually quite nice also compared to traditional shopping malls.

Perhaps 1 day JPO like CherynSQ said then all the way eat till drop. If now is mid Dec, I think my wife would have said stay in JB until new year. Haha.

There is a Bali restaurant at Eco Galleria which serves quite good food.
My friend has a Korean fusion restaurant there too that serves Korean food and beers.
I haven’t visited yet.

What else do they have over that area ?

It has Pin Ming cuan dim sum which standard has dropped substantially
Has a Korean cafe and a Zhi char shop which also sells roasted meat chicken n roasted duck is quite good too.
a Japanese bakery and 24 hours Malay Muslim food etc o

Today went to Dona Bakery at Tan Hiok Nee and saw a “chio” lady inside wearing a mask. Is that the boss? Haha!
