I have just reported 3 smoking related case today via oneservice

1. On the staircase near my office building I can see people smoking when there is no smoking sign
2. I saw a lot of littering on the garden they think that the garden where they put plants is for them to smoke and throw a lot of cigarettes buds
3. I reported one auntie who is smoking at the coffee shop when there is clearly no smoking sign.

Yes they have already indicated they will go in survey the area and after that inform the building management. Smokers without a doubt are scum of the society.

I have friends and colleagues who smoke, and I don't call them scum. They are better colleagues than some non-smokers who eat snake and play MC king in office

Ok maybe I shouldn't call them scum but in a way directly or indirectly they still cause problem to the society and the people around us. I do have a friend who I try to urge them to quit but they say it is very hard for them to quit because they are scared of weight gain, as far as I know he doesn't just throw the letter but on the floor or exhume it on the litter bin, but I cannot say for the rest of the 99.99% of the smoker.
