The real story is they are paying 1.5b in tariffs in FY2026, thats nearly 30% of their net income. Companies with tariff exposure are still suffering, this is a k shaped economy with a k shaped stock market.

The SOTUS will rule on the legality of tariffs soon though, and mid terms is next year so hopefully the tariffs are rolled back and the rally can broaden out. AI names are looking tired...

(1) Most of the ppl will lose their pants. Parents rather buy useless toys, bring them to holiday and eventually invest in companies that lose money. I asked some friends whether they bought shares or etf for children. Most will reply no money but family can go Japan for holiday etc

(2) The other group I saw is some young folks that started working. I see them go 3-4 holidays a year to everyone and eat a meal that cost $15-20 every day. But they got no investment citing now money

Some people prioritise memories and experiences (with their kids) over saving for the future, or leaving their kids an inheritance.

The Die with Zero book goes into stuff like that.

Dont think so. I still continue to bought more even after price went up, don't mind to accumulate more as I'm bullish on META
