2rm living room alrdy limited space so dont waste money get feature wall. Either mount tv on the wall or buy tv console. If tv console then buy those TV that is non mounting type. Also cheaper

Now is use induction. And multi purpose cooker that can steam, can fry, can boil, all in 1

No matter your kitchen is only a single side or dual side it depend on your design but if you dont cook often type get build in can liao.

For me if I remodel my kitchen, I choose portable again as the extra tabletop space is very useful

hehe think mine less than 10k if dun include the air con. Cause my furnitures from ezbuy, bed from seahorse and kitchen is ikea. All still ok until now. Now I thinking to get a new sofa bed as my mom said its too low for her to sit.
