Not sure if i understand your question correctly.

If your ma is still below the BHS by year end, yes you can still top up. But you can top up less since you have been contributing to it through the year

Sorry i meant top up now to MA, even though by end of 2026 my contributions will be capped. Dont want unnecessary kick back.

If your SA haven't reach FRS, is normal for them to flow to SA.
