was referring to thisJust saw M1 Shop Jurong Point has the S$30.90 per month 10Gbps without router offer again for Chinese New Year, just like the Christmas offer. It is supposed to be for new users only.
The website still shows S$34.90 per month now.

This is new to M1 customer ya?This S$30.90 per month M1 10Gbps plan new user offer is still there as shown at M1 Shop Jurong Point today 5-Mar-2026. I first saw it on 13-Feb-2026.
I just checked with the staff. He is not sure when the offer will end.
For recontract, you have to check with M1. There may be targeted offer as per the staff.

So even if existing customer who wants to sign up new line in same premises, not entitled for this promo
m1 websited updated with this now.By right you should be able to do that.
Talk to M1 Shop Staff to see if there are any catches, like digital voice number change, how to cancel the existing plan, etc.
Starhub is probably the best in this kind of situation. They will allow you to do that. Sometimes they may even help to port the old digital voice number to the new one (but take note Starhub digital voice is not free but at S$2.18 per month).
Not bad deal. Without router and get M1 10gbps. Let's see by year end when my contract end, will we get special recon offer to 10Gm1 websited updated with this now.

it's auto negotiated at 5gbps full duplex. Are you using browser to carry out the test?
You may want to use either the Desktop app or the CLI version to see if that helps. Personally I like to use the CLI version as it works under Windows/macOS/Linux (including OpenWRT) and even FreeBSD/pfSense.

What is the configuration of your PC and the 5Gbe card?
You should see a m1 report in ur email on the onsite installer testing the speed from the Ont.it's auto negotiated at 5gbps full duplex.
CLI also same result, i raised a case with M1 waiting for their backend to do a check.

Hi Shifus,
I am currently on Gamepro 1Gbps $53 per month expiring next month.
Right now in a 4-room BTO, I am using GT-AX6000 as main in DB Box and RT-AX3000 as node in living room.
As this plan is no longer available, I am not sure whether to recontract 6 or 10gbps (without router), whether to get the router ASUS RT-BE92U or RT-BE92U and still keep GT-AX6000 in my setup. Kinda noob here need some suggestion and advice.
Thanks in advance.
thanks xiaofan for the reply.Cheapest is to go with 3Gbps and reuse your ROG GT-AX6000, which is better than the free RT-BE58U or Archer BE230.
You can sell the RT-BE58U or keep it as a spare unit.
Since you are on the old gamer plan, I assume you play some games. You may want to tell the M1 users here which games you are playing and see if other M1 users here have issues with the latency or not when playing the games.
