just came back from JB. You guys have seen Ip Man right? Haha today i saw another Ip Man, but this "Ip Man" is a wanton mee seller. Wah his skills at cooking wanton mee give rise to his stall nick of the "Flying noodle" Later when i have time, will upload the video. Really power, the way he cook wanton mee, see it and you will know why it is called "flying noodles". No one else i have seen cooking wanton mee even come remotely close to his skills.......

This one not exactly a clone.

Ya Wang good in herbal chicken, Hao Bi is good with the herbal duck. The sauce for the herbal duck is good. The tang kwei sauce.

ah i see, funny that the actual Ya Wang is not that good in their duck. Next time may try this Hao Bi.

Nice to eat or not, i dun know yet but from the jb forum i visits, it is listed as one of the best in jb. From the skill lvl he cook, i will not be surprised if it is the best. I am definately going back to try it another time.

Location: Jalan Bakawali. It is near to Tebrau Jusco.

Anyway if you are going there, there are quite a few other very good stalls around. Just round the corner from this Flying noodle is a Bak kut teh stall. Name is Shun Li Shu Xia Rou Gu Cha. The soup is very nice (their bak kut teh has mushrooom, pig kidney and intestine ingredients and thus taste very different from what we have in singapore). They also have curry chicken thou i only find the curry very nice but not the chicken since the flavour have not gotten much into the chicken.
