Ordered on the 20th. Delivery 2nite :D

Sad thing (for me) is that I paid $329 for it. :s16:

... may order 1 or 2 more @ $279 if quality is good.

received my panel last night. . . no dings on the box, no visible damage on the panel as well. . .

hooked it up to my rig, ran dead pixel check, none found. . . played a couple of laps on Dirt 2, didnt notice anything unusual so i have to say that the monitor is fast enough for gaming, but i will still test it later with some of my FPS games. . .

i am no expert about monitor but all i can say is that im happy with it, a bit bigger than i expected. . . btw, regarding the tinting, its either my eyes are bad or there is no tinting issue on my panel ^_^

did a backlight bleed test after playing DiRT 2, same as the ones you can see on the web, uniform bleeding at the corners. . .

any suggestion about color calibration? can someone post there monitor settings please. . . ^_^

For those already order the monitor, you can check the status under 'My Order Status' using the Internet Reference Number and your email.

I placed the order on 23 May, the status is "Arrived in Singapore Main Hub' and the estimated delivery date is 31 May 10.

Like what it says, it's an estimate and a pretty inaccurate one at that...
My estimated delivery is also stated as 31st May but I've received a call today saying that the monitor will be delivered tomorrow...

Damn.. I've got my 2209WA last year and was looking forward to pair it with another. Will the 16:9 look weird next to my 16:10?

Update: the local carrier will deliver the monitor to my place tomorrow noon time. So the estimated delivery date on the Dell website is inaccurate. So patiently wait for the call from Dell to confirm the delivery time.

Dell usually do that, they deliver about 4-5 days before the ETA. . . they are tricking us,
so we will think that their service is quick! LOL

Actually considering the 1080p resolution, displayport and keeping that sweet ips panel and it seriously bang for the bucks. Will order it end of this month. However, need to wait for reviewers to review before jumping onboard. I'm afraid that dell sacrificed the quality of the panel and concentrated on things such as 1080p and such.

Just delivered to me 5 mins ago.

No DP/BP :)

Now waiting for my DisplayPort cable to arrive from NewEgg before I can hook up my other rig (previously using HDMI).

Does it comes with any DVI cables?
