guys, i just wana ask....

when u check the bottom part of the stand, is ur LCD abit slanted or straight flat at 180degree?
my new replacement seems to be abit slanted to the right when it is in Landscape default position

its normal
got a method to fix it
i done it
now my lcd is very level and straight
hehe

how how tell me how to fix:o

take out the LCD panel from the stand
u see your stand got 4 screws in front
loosen it
move the holding plate to the left or right depending your slanted is more to the right or left
then tighten
then snap back the panel

measure the both tip ends of the LCD to make sure its level from the table
if not adjust again

anyone know if U2311H got service menu?

seems like newer dell monitors no more service menu liao

hi I didnt change any setting for this monitor. Just using at factory setting with brightness reduced. Any suggestions on optimal settings? thanks :s12:

Sharpness: 50
Dynamic Contrast: Off
RGB: Custom
• R: 99
• G: 95

Sigh I realize that the green dot only appears on a black background, I ran a lcd conditioning and it does not show green in other colors.

Should i try to get a replacement? other then that the rest of the stuffs seems fine.

get it replaced, dell has a Guaranteed perfect panel kind of policy

without questions asked, they would replace the monitor.

when mine got replaced, they dint even check if there is a dead/pixel, they just exchange it:)
