hmm...thanks, will call HSBC to ask. Meanwhile can anyone share their experience if they hv done that before? Thanks...;)
I just did Jetquay twice. Outbound flight yesterday, returning today. The experience is OK. Jetquay's "lounge" is small and cozy. I like the fact its quiet. But I dislike its lack of food.

After a while, someone would send you to the gate via the Buggy. Which is nice for me. For *G members, you could ask them to drop you off at SKL / KF Gold Lounge, and grab some makan before hopping back on the buggy.

They picked me up at the gate upon my return a while ago. Sent me to the gate, and cleared immigration immediately since I was the only 1. Picked up my car (free parking for up to 10 days), and I drove home.

What I really liked is the free parking. The rest are really not that big a deal for me as I think SKL / KF Lounge is much better in terms of selection...

thanks for sharing your experience. So i guess u need to tell them abt your return flight in order for them to pick u on your return flight which i didnt. Maybe i'll try the next time, this time will be my first experience using their jetquay service for outbound flight but reckon will need to ask them to drop me at the KF lounge to grab some food. Hehe... ;)

Mine received today too. I asked this is because my Silver VIP expiring on 03-2012. So I was wondering is the replacement card for my expiring card or is because of the VI promotion. Since G seller receives too, means is due to the promotion. And if I'm not wrong, I can see that G seller card expires on 03-2014? My card design is the same as yours but surprisingly my card expires on 03-2013!!! Sad! And I've been with them since 2010.

Did you stay at any hilton properties after signing up?

I see your expiry is 2014, was it by the VI promo or you have prior status with HH?

I wasn't Gold ... Got it from VI promo. My last stay was June 2011 and I didn't stay with them after getting my VI.

I am currently a Gateway member and wrote to them. They have responded and upgraded me to Voyager status in view that I am a VISA Infinite customer. They said that the luggage tag and card will be on the way in one/2 months time.

I also received my card today.
Thanks to the "Term and Condition" booklet which stated everything clearly:

1. Limo:
..... +$10 for each extra stop
..... +$12 for 0am-6am
..... for extra stop, route of 2km+ deviation is not allowed

2. Cold Storage 5% rebate / Market Place 10% rebate: need to spend $600/month for 3 months
3. GV Cinema: free access at GV Gold class lounge (can bring 1 guest)

Hopes help!

Minor grouse...

I just realised that HSBC cannot have a separate credit limit for the supp card :s22:

Instead the supp will share the main card holder's credit limit :s7:

Nope, not true...

I can set individual limits with my UOB supp cards...

Bad idea to have the SO a free rein of the available credit limit :s13:
