Pasta Station - A lot of topping selections like scallop, bacon, ham, squid, mushrooms etc... but only one type of pasta. They do have Angel Hair pasta but that was not included in the buffet.

Only the first and the last one. My friend bought, though I did not see the vouchers for the first buffet so I don't know where he bought from.

Dessert Station was dimly lit, had to use flash for the photos.

Caramel Custard

Jackfruit stuffed with Sweet Glutinous Rice with coconut milk in the glass. Strangely enough, all the three buffets that we went, they did not have the Khao Neeo Mamuang (Thai Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango).

Green Tea Cake - Lets say green tea was not a flavour I like so did not try this cake.

Blueberry Cheese Cake decorated with strawberry, apple slices and mango cubes.

This should be Mango Pudding as there wasn't any display tag for it.

Hmmm, even the display tag just labelled this as Thai Dessert

Canjica or Porridge Pudding.

Sago in Red Wine Sauce - I enjoy red wine but this dessert just doesn't made an impression with me. More of this later.

Café Liégeois is a cold dessert made from lightly sweetened coffee, coffee flavour ice cream and chantilly cream.

Assorted Thai Desserts - These look better than they tasted. Very chewy or rubbery in texture especially those flower design kuehs.

Chocolate Ice Cream and Berry Sherbet - The sherbet was berry berry nice.

Almond Flakes, Fresh Cream and Chocolate Sauce but I do not need any of those.

Condiments for BBQ Meats - Every table had four little bottles of these condiments for the BBQ meats.

Add some Salsa to the BBQ meats to take away some of the greasiness.

Mint Sauce - This sauce should be for the BBQ lamb.

Apple Puree goes well with the BBQ pork, not the pork ribs but the Pork Medallion.

This should be Pickled Vegetables though I did not tried it.

I will do a content list this weekend. Me using a Panasonic FZ28 camera. Actually the photos wasn't too good, too grainy if you view them enlarged due to the camera's senor and high ISO. That is why you see me using flash often which make the pictures too harsh.
