Experienced a very bad customer service from one of the CSO at PS today (she look a bit like ah lian kind :x)

My phone's power button was faulty and when I pass my phone over for her to check, she forcefully pulled out my cover (which cost $30) and just pull out the battery cover and battery without even off-ing my phone properly. She then kept the phone and told me to come back within 5 days without any additional instructions or explanations on what is going to happen etc. When she returned me the cover, one part of my cover had cracked due to her pulling it forcefully out (I'm very sure it was her cause I still checked my phone's overall condition before handling it over to her) I went to tell her she spoilt the cover but she kept denying without any apologies at all. So I LPPT and had to leave that place.

Will bring forward my complaints to Samsung Singapore but I doubt it will be effective anyway.

I've experienced the exact same situation too, just that mine was abit better. He tried everything he could to help as much from what ive felt

I'm having same problem now....led was blinking red because of low batt, i press home and power button, the screen didn't switch on.

I plugged in the charger also same thing, no charging sign appear and can't switch on. Take out batt and put back also same thing. I then took out the battery and use the accessory pack charger to charge it. More than an hour later, put back in the phone still cannot on.

Now i'm charging the new batt with the charger...hopefully can switch on the phone with it...otherwise have to make a trip to PS later.

Haiz..new year got phone problem...zzzzz

why your name got a Singtel 4G Trial user, and based on your posts, you are a consumer trial user????

Hehe. Yup. Will be powering on Singtel 4G on S3 LTE, HTC8X, BB10 (my own) as well as ip5...

But all 4 are touch screen. As a qwerty user for more than 5 years... :s22:

"As it turns out the "sudden death" issue is affecting very small number of Galaxy S III phones with 16GB storage and appears about half a year after the initial activation. The device usually dies overnight while charging or when on long stand-by, or after a reboot."

Samsung acknowledges Galaxy S III sudden death, fix is on the way - GSMArena.com news
fix? How? Recall the product? Don't think the issue is with software. Maybe a lousy batch of components. Recall motherboard might as well give us a 1to1 like apple...refurbished set but works.

Suppose to be a bootloader bug.

Can anyone help me with this?
Yes, it will work fine. But the devices will go to sleep after a period of non-activity, so u will need to press the buttons to wake them up again. Nothing major, just something slightly irritating.

Best to get keyboard and mouse combo instead of separately BT mouse and keyboard, easier to connect.
