hey, muscles dont mean bulging ones. women can also tone their body for a more shapely figure.

I used to have 4pack/6pack last time found it a real turn off for woman.. Tiny bit of tummy look better.. I overexercise last time so when I stop exercising the fats more than before..

I can't exercise now cause nobody take care of kids. Hope this diet can help me slim down.. 5 kg away from pre preg weight and 10kg away from my expected wt

5x5 is a power oriented training for beginners, its not for sculpting

hey man, what do u suggest i work on now?

I initially thought this was a spoof thread of a certain pap dog's

haha....it actually is... i kept that in mind ever since because i disagree with the eating method.. beans etc

but i just wish to show through real results and more importantly, blood test results.

for me my stomach aslo got abit pop out due to drinking often i believe , but if i suck in can see 7 pack . how to slim down that area ah? to the point of no need suck in also can see :(

first, of course no more beer.

then, loads of water and u need fasting. but not the dont eat kind of fasting.

I usually do about seven sets of this exercise.

- 10 regular pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 wide pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 tricep pushups
- 10/10 Left/Right crunches

Though I've develop a small amount of muscles, I'm still kind of skinny. Aside from reducing my carb intake, what else should I be doing?

if u are looking to bulk, naturally protein is important. i cant tell u about synthetic protein because i know nuts abt it.

i simply take natural eggs, chicken, beef, lamb, with all the natural fats they offer. these meats are also high in calories... so u confirm wont be too skinny after a while.

u can start by going for Korean BBQ buffet. all that bacon, beef... does wonders for u.


as for your exercise, do HIIT. do the same things, fast, accurate positions and rest no more than 30s in between.

And do you have any advise for me whom don't drink plain water as it will make me thirsty.. I don't know why.. The more I drink the more I thirsty the more I wanna puke from water overload..

I drink only pokka greentea and mos milk tea now as I dislike sweet drink or food.

wah. im sorry i dont know much about this. but, u can certainly ask carey. he taught me most stuff i know.

i cant fathom why u get thirsty drinking water :s22:

no more candy / snack?im a sweeth tooth .. but i is those eat ALOT ALOT wun fat type . my supper eat 2 meal(bak chor mee and chicken chop) i still feel ok only still can down 1 more etc. n i always eat things add rice leh.but my weight still slightly below 50kg :(

ya, tats y i dk mine is beer belly or fats . LOL cos i used to drink aloot too(everyday TD drink at least half a tower myself.somemores more..) so if i stop beer,still need "diet" ?i wan bulk up and gain weight also leh tats y i keep eating
