for me my stomach aslo got abit pop out due to drinking often i believe , but if i suck in can see 7 pack . how to slim down that area ah? to the point of no need suck in also can see![]()
- 10 regular pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 wide pushups
- 10 crunches
- 10 tricep pushups
- 10/10 Left/Right crunches

hey man, what do u suggest i work on now?
I usually do about seven sets of this exercise.
Though I've develop a small amount of muscles, I'm still kind of skinny. Aside from reducing my carb intake, what else should I be doing?
maybe you can try a 4 day split, monday to thursday ( chest/back/legs/shoulders ), more than enough
And do you have any advise for me whom don't drink plain water as it will make me thirsty.. I don't know why.. The more I drink the more I thirsty the more I wanna puke from water overload..
I drink only pokka greentea and mos milk tea now as I dislike sweet drink or food.

first, of course no more beer.
then, loads of water and u need fasting. but not the dont eat kind of fasting.

no more candy / snack?im a sweeth tooth .. but i is those eat ALOT ALOT wun fat type . my supper eat 2 meal(bak chor mee and chicken chop) i still feel ok only still can down 1 more etc. n i always eat things add rice leh.but my weight still slightly below 50kg![]()
