Can we compile a list of merchants that qualify for the 6% Rebate?
I am intending to get this card!

On March made a payment of $400 to starhub at their website use frank card. but end of Apr only got.0.5% rebate for it. ocbc said it's a recurring bill payment so not eligible for 6%. damn it, already called to fight for it. waiting 4 their manager's reply.

anyone got same issue?

Question is how did u pay for the bill? U signed up for starhub recurring billing or paid through their website?

One more thing, did u exceed $500 in total spending for the entire month? That's the minimum u need to clock for your online spending to have 6%

Nvr signed anything with starhub, pay at their website. Monthly spend > 1k on Mar.

That's why not happy as they insist my payment is recurring bill.

Just to clarify, u pay at which website? OCBC or Starhub website?

If Starhub website, did u choose Via Internet Banking or Via ePayment?

Screenshot:

I used vbox to pay starhub bill in March and did get 6% rebate. Maybe you can try this way instead of paying from telecom website directly.

For M1, not sure.

The 6% rebates list from ocbc states Frank credit card. Debit card no use?
