Damn, all looking very good.. Jokerk, real nice wheels..

I've been drooling on a certain Nick Cheung's body.. 张家辉 if anyone is asking..

Nick Cheung shows off killer bod

Damn power.. A motivation for me..

The actor laughingly continued, "I had to eat 30 egg whites every single day. I had so much protein that my urine had bubbles that were an inch thick and I had to flush several times!"

never knew this could happen.

62kg and you want to cut? What your ideal weight?

I'm not tall so 62kg isn't light at my size. and I'm getting chubby already. can barely see my abs. I don't really have an ideal weight. it really depends on the mirror. no harm getting leaner first before continuing to gain weight I guess

How tall are you then?? As expected it's always about the abs. :o

Unless you are pinpoint accurate with your diet and training and you can maintain your muscle, chances are you will lose some muscle along with fats. Then when you decide to "continue to gain weight", again chances are you will gain some fats along with muscle. Abs become not so visible again then what? "Cut" again? I hope you see where I am going with this.

The point is with a 62kg frame, you don't have a lot to work with in the first place. If abs is your main concern then just slim down as much as possible while maintaining a training program. You will definitely have a very nice picture for your forum avatar.

natty?? i doubt so..

I'm no anabolic expert but why do you doubt his status? Or does it even matter?? Anabolic are not miracle drugs, you still have to work and diet hard even if your on the juice.

Besides this is a studio pic, lighting and post production can wonders. Also it's not really that hard to get this kind of physic. Most people with a proper diet and training can peak at a certain point and look like this but don't expect it last long.

Maintaining it all year round like those fitness models is a whole other topic. Then you can question their "nature status".
