Depending your home wiring, look at home plugs. A pair of 500mbps should yield you speeds of at least 70mbps and upwards? You might not be able to fully utilize the 100 or 150mbps but still better than adsl or cable and the price of adsl/cable vs fiber is not that much diff.
This is probably the cheapest option.

Else if you don't mind a ugly wire casing running in your house, get someone to run a cat 6.

I gotten this router after recontacting my fibre service.

This router support Samba File share. IP6 tunnel to singtel 6TO4 and many other features.

The additional feature will require access to Admin Page(http://192.168.1.254/singtel).

I can say that the configuration for this Admin Page unlocks many new feature.

If you need the password you can PM me.

Between 2wire 5012 and Aztech 7000. Which one would be better for performance?

Thanks.

Get Aztech 7000

No joke, its much better. Of course Asus N66 one is betteR (I am using it myself). But for normal usage, the Ztech 7000 one will do fine.

Thanks for the info!

As i will be getting a free 7000 for my recon, currently using 5012 for my fibre.

If I'm on the 5012NV, can I request to change to the Aztech model?

Will there be any improvement?
